A fresh air temperature sensor is integrated into the flowmeter. Air flow measurement allows closed-loop control via the EGR valve.

Turbocharger control K9K engine: The turbocharging system is made up of a solenoid valve which is used to control the wastegate ozito 36v line trimmer adjust the absolute pressure of the inlet circuit. K9K, engines: The turbocharger system is controlled by the inlet pressure and does not need to be controlled by the computer.

Pre-postheating actuation Pre-postheating actuation consists of controlling the heater plugs and the preheating warning light on the instrument panel. The heater plugs are activated by a preheating unit controlled by the injection computerand the power is supplied by the battery.

After the ignition is switched on a preheating delay is activated. The indicator light comes on for the activation period which is dependent on the battery voltage, atmospheric pressure and coolant temperature. If the temperature is below a certain threshold, a postheating function can be used to improve the combustion stability, and consequently engine operation reducing unburnt particles and pollutant emissions.

There are six functions concerned: —the On board diagnostics MIL Malfunction Indicator Lamp— pre-postheating, — the coolant temperature, — engine problems; Level 1 non-critical fault and Level 2 emergency stop. These six functions are represented using four indicator lights. The user must carry out repairs as soon as possible. Engine coolant temperature warning light Level 2 This indicator light is used both as an in-operation indicator light and as a system fault warning light. It illuminates for 3 seconds when the power is switched on automatic test procedure.

OBD warning light This warning light is used to alert the driver of any injection faults that could lead to excessive pollution, or if the OBD system has been deactivated.

The injection computer requests illumination of the OBD warning light for a present fault only after three successive driving cycles. The 3 second visual inspection when the ignition is switched on automatic test procedure managed by the instrument panel is carried out by the injection computer. It lights up for 3 seconds when the power comes on automatic test procedure. When the vehicle is not fitted with this warning light or if it is not configured, this function is provided by the Level 1 warning light.

Renault Duster is heck of a car that I faced following list of issues in 4 years making the very worst of owning experience that I never had for any products in my whole life. It took whole 2 years to figure this problem and had the HVAC system fully replaced and issue subsided but never completely gone to feel fresh air. I now have to buy carbon monoxide detector to check the dangerous levels of pollution in air.

This is no over exaggeration and I completely lost my trust on this brand to even put up a fight and stopped calling customer care for help. Engine gasket was replaced for the cost while there is no stock for the vacuum pump gasket and service center had written to the plant and still waiting.

As temporary arrangement, sealant was used until there is availability of the part. I just cannot believe, the part kih duster is not available and the current part is not suitable to model. Seriously, it drives me nuts to hear such unlock walkthrough tonipal while I still get part for my 17 year old Santro.

I have all the service history repairs and the steep amount I spent inspite of having extended warranty. I will soon be making a awareness video of the infamous problems with Duster for fellow owners, future prospective owners looking at Renault product and how customers are taken for ride.

I'd check the connections on the tail light seeing as you think slamming the boot caused it then fuses and associated relays, If nothing then out with the multimeter and check where power is and is not, as for the other it could be anything easiest would be to have it plugged in and a OBD live scan done to find what's actually happening when the problem arises.

Might be a silly question but did you code the injectors to the ECU? Did you use the old injectors in the same location they came out of or did the new head come with injectors.

Either way, you either need to put the old injectors back in the same location or you'll need to write them into your ecu if you move them or use new used injectors.

I'm sure this won't come up as a fault, not sure if the car would even start but you haven't mentioned or answered weather or not the coding was done. Ok, just checking, you never know. I'm playing catch up on common rail, got out of being a mechanic 10 years ago.

All those codes, jesus! I'd be looking at an earth 1st I suppose. S0 What 3, posts months. My wife's one had loads of codes come up and cleaning the brake light terminals sorted them. It seems any slight intermittent electrical fault normally a bad earth on these cars can cause the ECU to throw a wobbly.
